The way we speak Arabic is changing. With millions of users on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, a new "Digital Arabic" has emerged. In this series, we move beyond the classroom to the Digital World.

1. Your Online Presence (الْهُوِيَّةُ الرَّقْمِيَّة)

حِسَاب (Hisab) - Account
Example: لَدَيَّ حِسَابٌ جَدِيدٌ عَلَى إِنْسْتِغْرَام.
(I have a new account on Instagram.)

مُحْتَوَى (Muhtawa) - Content
Example: صِنَاعَةُ الْمُحْتَوَى تَقْدِيمُ مَعْلُومَاتٍ مُفِيدَة.
(Content creation is providing useful information.)

مُتَابِع (Mutabi') - Follower
Example: شُكْرًا لِكُلِّ الْمُتَابِعِينَ عَلَى الدَّعْم.
(Thank you to all the followers for the support.)

2. Engagement & Actions (التَّفَاعُل)

English	Arabic	Example Sentence
Like	إِعْجَاب	لا تَنْسَ الضَّغْطَ عَلَى زِرِّ الإِعْجَاب!
Share	مُشَارَكَة	شَارِكِ الْمَنْشُورَ مَعَ أَصْدِقَائِك.
Comment	تَعْلِيق	أَنْتَظِرُ تَعْلِيقَاتِكُمْ أَسْفَلَ الْفِيدْيُو.

📱 Digital Tip: Modern Verbs

In modern Arabic, we often use the word "رَابِط" (Rabit) for "Link." You will frequently hear influencers say "الرَّابِطُ فِي الْبَايُو" (The link is in the bio). It's a perfect blend of MSA and global tech culture!
