Sightseeing & Landmarks

In Part 1, we settled into our hotel. Now, it's time to see the world! From the Pyramids of Giza to the skyscrapers of Dubai, these terms will help you navigate your tour.

(Mathaf) - Museum

(Where is the national museum located?)
(Tadhkirah) - Ticket
(I want a ticket for entry, please.)
(Mawqi' athari) - Archeological Site

(This archeological site is very ancient.)

2. Guided Tours & Directions (الْجَوْلَاتُ السِّيَاحِيَّة)

English Arabic Example Sentence
Tour Guide

📸 Pro Traveler Tip: Permissions

Before taking a photo in a museum or holy site, it is polite to ask: "هَلِ التَّصْوِيرُ مَسْمُوح؟" (Hal at-taswiru masmuh?). If the answer is "مَمْنُوع" (Mamnu'), it means it is forbidden. Using the word "مَسْمُوح" (Allowed) is a great way to respect local rules!
